Continuous 100m Swim
- Front Crawl: Swim 25 meters front crawl.
- Backstroke: Swim 25 meters backstroke.
- Breaststroke: Swim 25 meters breaststroke.
- Survival Backstroke: Swim 25 meters survival backstroke.
Survival Sequence Bronze A: Without Goggles
- Compact Jump Entry: Enter the water using a compact jump in deep water, then resurface.
- Forward Somersault: Perform a forward somersault.
- Sculling, Floating, or Treading: Scull, float, or tread water for 2 minutes.
- Feet-First Surface Dive: In at least 1.4 meters deep water, perform a feet-first surface dive.
