Frequently Asked Questions for Weekly Group Class

What is the max group size?

Max up to 10 pax

In the event of bad weather, what should we do?

Proceed as usual regardless of weather. The instructor will provide land drills and water safety theory to the group and we will resume swimming once the pool is open. For sheltered pool location, the swim will continue without any impact to wet weather.

If my child is unable to turn up for lesson due to sick or other matter, what should I do?

The lesson is considered done and there will be no replacement. The group will proceed with the lesson as usual. The monthly fee is non transferable and is non replaceable.

My child is a new beginner. Will he be able to join any group?

All the group are of mixed levels. Meaning we have beginner to advance swimmers in most group. The beauty of this mixed skills setting you will see is that the beginner will learn the skills faster. The training consist of pairing the weak with the better swimmers, etc. The individual learner will also learn the skills base on his or her capabilities.
