Diving and Swimming Skills
- Crouching Dive Entry: Can be perform as part of the swimming strokes for Freestyle and Breast stroke. Updated 30 Nov 2024.
Strokes and Timings
- Front Crawl: Swim 50 meters within 1:30 minutes.
- Breaststroke: Swim 50 meters within 1:50 minutes.
- Backstroke: Swim 50 meters within 1:40 minutes.

Silver Sequence: Without Goggles

- Straddle Jump Entry: Enter deep water using a straddle jump.
- Backward Somersault: Perform a backward somersault.
- Feet-First Surface Dive: Submerge using a feet-first surface dive.
- Underwater Swim: Swim through hoops on the pool bottom for 3 meters and resurface.
- Quick Front Crawl: Swim 45 meters quickly using front crawl.
- Signaling for Help: Wave and call for help, prompting a rescuer to throw a Personal Flotation Device (PFD).
- PFD Retrieval and Fitting: Retrieve a PFD in the water and fit it while treading water.
- H.E.L.P. Technique: Demonstrate the Heat Escape Lessening Posture (H.E.L.P.) technique for 30 seconds.
- PFD Swim: Swim 25 meters with the PFD and then climb out of the water.
