FAQ on JUNE HOLIDAY SWIMSAFER PROGRAMME
What is the minimum days I can choose?
Minimum 6 days you have to select.
Can I just take this swimming program without doing test?
Yes you may. Just select “without Test” in the registration form when you fill up.
Can I choose those that that I am available?
Yes you may. You are given the flexibility this time to choose the date you can attend out of those available dates.
Will there be an improvement after the program?
With the structure program, reminder and checklist in place, you can be assured your child will remember the sequence and the task they need to remember. Hence you can expect to see vast improvement.
What is the minimum age group to sign up?
Your child is 5 year old preferred.
What stage can my child go? He does knows how to swim
You may select “WIthout Swimsafer Cert” and the options will pop out for you to decide which stages he can do.
What stage can my child do if he does not know how to swim?
Please select stage 1.

Frequently Asked Questions for 6 Day Holiday Swimsafer Program
Can this swimsafer certificate exempt my child from MOE swimsafer Program?
Yes. This certificate is the same as the one your child would complete in their MOE school program. Some schools may grant exemptions if your child has already achieved SwimSafer Stage 1 or is currently taking swimming lessons outside of school. Other schools may require your child to have attained at least SwimSafer Stage 3 for exemption. The specific policy depends on your child’s school. Some school does not allow exemption even if your child already has Swimsafer Stage 6 (Gold). So you may want to check with your school teacher or HOD.
When will the next intake for 6 days holiday program?
Registration will start at the end of first quarter (Between Mar-April) and end of 3rd Quarter (Between Sept- Oct). The Holiday Program will start in May/June Holiday and Nov/Dec Holiday.
My child will be having his MOE Swimsafer Program next year. Will this swimsafer program help?
By enroling our 6 day holiday swimsafer program, we will train him intensively and there will be a test at the end of the course where he will get the swimsafer certificate base on his ability. With that certificate, he will need to show to the school so that they will arrange to train him up for another level in swimsafer.
What is the minimum age to sign up?
Children of 5 year old onward can join the program
My child is scare of water. Is he suitable for the program?
Yes we would want him to love water and overcome his fear of water.
Who will be the trainer?
Coach Raymond will be the trainer for this program.

Frequently Asked Questions for Weekly Group Class
What is the max group size?
Max up to 10 pax
In the event of bad weather, what should we do?
Proceed as usual regardless of weather. The instructor will provide land drills and water safety theory to the group and we will resume swimming once the pool is open. For sheltered pool location, the swim will continue without any impact to wet weather.
If my child is unable to turn up for lesson due to sick or other matter, what should I do?
The lesson is considered done and there will be no replacement. The group will proceed with the lesson as usual. The monthly fee is non transferable and is non replaceable.
My child is a new beginner. Will he be able to join any group?
All the group are of mixed levels. Meaning we have beginner to advance swimmers in most group. The beauty of this mixed skills setting you will see is that the beginner will learn the skills faster. The training consist of pairing the weak with the better swimmers, etc. The individual learner will also learn the skills base on his or her capabilities.
